The Readiness School, Kochi, founded and led by Jeemol Chacko Koruth, is a space dedicated to learning practical life skills through enriching, hands-on experiences. The school offers thoughtfully curated culinary workshops, baking masterclasses, etiquette and personal development programmes designed for children, individuals, and professionals.

The honest oven

Bake times, crust colour, and troubleshooting a home oven (no deck oven needed).

Storing without preservatives

Keeping additive-free bread fresh for days, the low-tech way.

Take-home loaves

Pack and carry home everything you shape and bake during the session.

Do I need any prior baking experience? +

No. The workshop is designed for home bakers starting from scratch, and small batch sizes mean everyone gets bench time with Chef Jeemol.

What should I bring? +

Just yourself and a container to carry your loaves home. Aprons, ingredients, and equipment are provided.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend? +

Yes, within the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How do I pay for my seat? +

Seats are booked and paid for securely online through Razorpay. You'll receive a confirmation by email once payment is complete.
