At The Readiness School, our courses and workshops require significant advance preparation. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for any courses or workshops once purchased. All sales are final.
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to a friend or family member. Please contact us with their details prior to the start of the course.
The Readiness School primarily offers educational services and digital products. Any digital products or course materials purchased will be delivered electronically to your registered email address. We do not provide physical shipping for these digital items.
In the rare event that The Readiness School must cancel a batch, you will be notified immediately and offered the choice of a full refund or a seat in the next available batch.
